Start time selection

This function can be used, e.g. to preheat the appliance at a specified time.
Do not leave the food in the bratt pan for a longer time. Observe the hygiene regulations!
Whilst using a start time selection, the appliance must be supervised!
Factory-set times
‒ Key 1 = 20 minutes
‒ Key 2 = 40 minutes
‒ Key 3 = 1 hour
‒ Key 4 = 2 hours
The times set at the works can be changed. Refer to page 40, Chapter 5.7.3
Times that can be set
‒ Minimum = 1 minute
‒ Maximum = 9 hours and 59 minutes
‒ Can be adjusted by the customer service department as an option: Maximum = 23 hours and 50
minutes
5.6.1

Selecting, changing and starting the start time

If no short time clock/cooking time expires after the start time selection has expired, this can be
switched off. If no cooking time is required, indication required in the left display field: Indication is off
or three dashes displayed:
If a cooking time is set in the left display field and should be switched off:
. Set the lowest cooking time - e.g. press the key "1".
. Press the key "Down"

Setting the start time

. Set the temperature and time required.
3 sec.
. Press and hold the key "START/STOP"
● Three dashes on the display,
field.
. Press the desired key, e.g. "1, 2, 3 or 4".
− Key 1 = 20 minutes

− Key 2 = 40 minutes
− Key 3 = 1 hour
− Key 4 = 2 hours
● The start time flashes on the display.
If the start time should be changed:
. Press and hold the key "Up"
● First, the values are reduced or increased slowly, then rapidly. By pressing the key, the setting is
reduced or increased by one step respectively.
