Description of the appliance
Operating principle
‒ The bratt pan is heated electrically, regulated electronically and has a safety thermostat.
‒ The control provides comprehensive functions, for example, four preset temperatures and cook
ing times for the short time clock.
‒ Motorized tilting is carried out using arrow keys on the membrane keyboard. Tilting is not possible
when the cover is closed (tilt protection sensor).

Control panel description
The functions described in these operating instructions refer to the factory settings of the control.
Some notes regarding the operation and control may deviate from these if control settings have been
changed by the user or the customer service. For example, this applies to the acoustic signal,
standby function, standby temperature and increments in temperature, refer to Page 42, Chap
ter 5.10
You can switch key sounds and acoustic signals off and on and change the duration of the acoustic
signal, refer to Page 42, Chapter 5.10
The setting options also depend on the equipment of the appliance.
