1.Open the lock cover first .
2.Press/hold the safety switch down with a wrench while pivoting the lock cover
back a bit to make the safety switch easier to loosen.
3.If the safety catch is too tight, press/hold the safety switch with a wrench while
pivoting the cover downward appropriately.
4. After the insurance switch is pressed and loosened, keep holding the insurance
switch and don't let go of your hand; press the insurance switch at the same time,
close the lock cover upward to almost close the state to loosen the lock hook.
5. Finally, pull down the lock hook.
