CROP MODE SETTING
The trimmer can be operated in two modes: Normal working position and edge trimming
mode (Fig. 13). To use the trimmer in edge trimming mode, set the wheels correctly. In
normal mode, the wheels are not used, but do not need to be disconnected from the
trimmer.
To use the trimmer in edge trimming mode, adjust the main handle accordingly. To do this,
press the telescopic tube lock button and turn the main handle.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE AUXILIARY HANDLE
The auxiliary handle can be adjusted in three different positions (angles of inclination) in
relation to the telescopic tube.
To change the handle setting:
• Press button 1 (Fig. 14),
• position the handle at the correct angle.
REMOVE THE CABLE REEL
To remove the line spool:
• Press the two latches 1 (Fig. 15) on both sides of the cable reel cover at the same time,
• Lift cover 2 (Fig. 15),
• Remove the line spool 3 (Fig. 15).
REWIND THE LINE ON THE REEL
To rewind a line reel:
• Pass the line through the hole in the spool and tie the knot 1 (Fig. 16),
• Wind the line in the direction of the arrows on reel 2 (Fig. 16.
INSTALL THE LINE SPOOL
To install the line spool:
• Slide the cable reel into drum 1 (Fig. 17),
• Pass the line through the hole in drum 2 (Fig. 17),
• Replace cover 3 (Fig. 17).
REEL OUT WITH A LINE
To extend the line:
• turn off the trimmer and restart the trimmer; the line will automatically come out when
you restart the trimmer
• If the line is too long, it is not a problem, the knife 14 (Fig. 1) installed in the cutter
housing will cut the line to the correct length.
