REPAIR
 In the event of damage to the device or abnormal vibrations, stop working immediately,
pull the plug out of the socket. The electrical device must be repaired before continuing.
In the absence of the necessary knowledge and authorizations, the necessary repairs
should be performed only by a qualified person using only original spare parts, preferably
a specialist service; it is recommended to use the services of an authorized MURRAY
service. This will ensure that the power tool remains safe.
Caution! Danger of suffocation when children play with the packaging. The
packaging, especially the foil bag, should be stored out of the reach of children.
SPECIFIC SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR BATTERY POWERED GRASS TRIMMERS
Warning!
 Follow all safety instructions, instructions, descriptions and data provided with the
power tool. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
 Use only the recommended battery and charger.
 Always keep the battery away from a fire source. Do not leave it in a hot environment
for extended periods of time (in direct sunlight, near radiators or where the temperature
exceeds 50°C).
 Avoid charging the battery in temperatures below 0°C.
 The charger supplied with the equipment is only intended for use with this product. It
must not be used for other purposes.
 Do not insert any metal objects into the charger.
 Do not attempt to cut metal.
 Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the appliance. Never use any detergent or alcohol.
 Disconnect the charger from the mains before cleaning it.
 Pay attention to the cutting line. The cylinder head rotates even after the engine has
been switched off.
 Do not use attachments that are not specifically designed and recommended by the
manufacturer for this device. The fact that the equipment can be mounted on the power
tool is not a guarantee of safe use.
 The clamping systems of the work tool must correspond to the dimensions of the power
tool. Work tools with incorrect dimensions must not be adequately shielded or
controlled.
 Wear personal protective equipment. Depending on the type of work, you should wear a
protective mask covering the entire face, eye protection, e.g. protective glasses. Protect
your eyes from airborne foreign objects that are created during work. The dust mask
and respiratory protective mask must filter the dust generated during operation.
Prolonged exposure to noise can lead to hearing loss.
 Keep a safe, stable position when working.
 Keep bystanders at a safe distance from the power tool's coverage area. Anyone who is
