• Check that the plug is properly plugged
into a working socket, and that the adapter
pin is properly inserted into the battery.
• Ensure the correct supplied adapter is used.
• Check that the battery is properly latched
into the appliance.
Check if the stick vacuum cleaner is in
automatic mode (see 'usage').
Turn off the appliance and check the floor
nozzle for dirt and large particles blocking the
brush. Restart the appliance.
