Thank you for selecting this high performance HPI Nitro Star T-15 engine. Please read the following instructions thoroughly. Nitro Star engines are compatible with most aftermarket engine parts
(muffler, plugs) that fit OS engines. We recommend HPI R5 cold glow plug #1504, any high quality •wet type" air filter (#1535 Red Star Air Cleaner Filters 35 FAor #87044 Air Cleaner), and a muffler
that has a fitting to provide pressure to the gas tank. Use "car" fuel with 16-20% nitro. (Do not use airplane fuel, it may cause overheating). We recommend using a glow plug igniter that uses a
Ni-Cd battery (#74108 Pro Glow Plug Igniter with AC Charger 120V).

Make sure the receiver switch is off. Manually tum the
throttle servo by hand until the carburetor is 1/4 of the
way open.

Attach the glow igniter to the glow plug. Pull the starter

cord using quick short pulls, never pulling it more than
12 inches (30cm). Once the engine is running turn the
throttle servo so that the engine runs fast enough to
slowly turn the tires. Remove the glow igniter as soon
as the engine is running.

chauffe-bougie dés que le moteur est lancé. Laisser tourner
le moteur jusqu'å ce que le réservoir soit vide.
Si le "oteur estdifficileå démarror, remettre lespointeaux de
carburateur aux réglages d'usine énumérés en page 4.
