Hubsäule 8 200x170 synchro/memory
Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist die Hubsäule auf Beschädi-
gungen zu überprüfen.
Prüfen Sie den Handschalter und das Netzkabel eben-
falls auf eine mögliche Beschädigung.
Sollten keine Beschädigungen feststellbar sein, gehen
Sie wie folgt vor:
- Netzkabel mit der Kaltgerätebuchse in den Einbau-
Kaltgerätestecker einstecken.
- Den DIN-Pol-Stecker des Handschalters in die DIN-
Pol-Einbaubuchse einstecken.
- Den Netzstecker des Netzkabels in die hierfür be-
stimmte Steckdose einstecken.
- Testen Sie durch vorsichtiges Drücken der entspre-
chenden Taste am Handschalter die Funktion der Auf-
und Abbewegung der Hubsäule.
- Beachten Sie beim Auf- und Abfahren der Hubsäule,
dass diese die Endschalter betätigt und dabei in der
oberen und unteren Endlage die Hubbewegung
abschaltet.
- Die in den Technischen Daten angegebenen Belastun-
gen dürfen nicht überschritten werden.
- Testen Sie den sicheren Stand dieser Hubsäule.
- Die Einschraubtiefe in den Schraubkanälen muss min.
den 3-fachen Durchmesser der verwendeten Schrauben
aufweisen.
- Nach der Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme muss der
Netzstecker unbedingt frei zugänglich sein.
- Diese Hubsäule ist nicht für den Außenbetrieb zu ver-
wenden.
- Der Anwender muss sicherstellen, dass bei eingesteck-
tem Netzstecker keine Gefährdung entsteht.
- Die Hubsäule darf bei Benutzung nicht durch Seiten-
kräfte zu Fall gebracht werden können.
- Ein mögliches Versagen von Endschaltern ist kon-
struktiv zu berücksichtigen. Entsprechende
Endanschläge sind bei Bedarf anzubringen.
- Ein Selbstanlaufen der Säule durch einen Defekt ist
durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers unmittelbar zu stoppen.
- Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme der Hubsäule muss die Ober-
und Unterseite gegen Eingriff und Verschmutzung ge-
schützt werden.
- Die Standfläche der Hubsäule muss eine ausreichende
Standsicherheit gewährleisten und die auftretende
Druckbelastung aufnehmen.

Before beginning the commissioning procedure, ensure
the Lifting Column has not been damaged in transit or
through incorrect storage or handling.
Similarly, check that the hand-held control and cables
are undamaged.
If all components are undamaged, proceed as follows:
- insert the appropriate end of the mains cable into the
corresponding socket on the Lifting Column.
- insert the 5-pin plug of the hand-held control into the
corresponding socket on the Lifting Column
- insert the mains end of the mains cable into a power
outlet (230 V AC or 115 V AC ± 10%).
- press the UP and DOWN keys on the hand-held control
to check that the column functions
- move the column to the upper and lower end positions
to check that the limits switches are functioning
correctly, i.e. that the column motor switches off
automatically at the end positions
- do not exceed the maximum loads given in these
Operating Instructions
- ensure the Lifting Column is correctly installed and
anchored before applying load.
- The insertion depth of screws in screw channels must
be equivalent to at least three times the diameter of the
screw used.
- the mains power plug must remain easily accessible
after installation and commissioning
- this Lifting Column must not be used for outdoor
applications
- it is the user's responsibility to ensure that no person
is endangered by the movement of the Lifting Column
- forces acting outside the vertical axis of the Lifting
Column itself must not be allowed to cause the Column
to tilt or fall sideways
- in order to ensure maximum safety, additional fail-safe
systems must be installed in case the limit switches
should fail to operate. Attach suitable end-stops.
- if an electrical fault causes the Lifting Column to start
on its own, unplug it immediately from the mains supply
- The top and bottom of the Lifting Column must be
protected against accidental access and the ingress of
dirt every time the Column is used.
- The ground on which the Lifting Column is positioned
must be able to withstand the anticipated forces and
provide a stable base.
