Problem

Possible Cause
The brush head is too
close to the body of
the toothbrush or the
toothbrush needs to
be charged.
The base of the

Solution
Remove the brush head
from the handle and re-
set it on the metal shaft
leaving a small gap.
(1-2mm).
When charging, make
sure the charger is
plugged into a power
supply and placed on a
flat surface before placing
the toothbrush on the
charger. Allow the
toothbrush to charge for
24 hours.
