To process a claim, the following informa on is required:
1. Model and serial number of the unit.
2. Part number and descrip on.
3. A concise descrip on of the problem ('broken' is not su cient).
4. Proof of purchase (photocopy of the invoice).
In some cases, Napoleon could request to have the parts returned to the factory for inspec on before
providing replacement parts.
Before contac ng Napoleon dealer, please note that the following items are not covered by the warranty:
Costs for transporta on, brokerage or export du es.
