Before using for the first time

NOTE!
DANGER OF DAMAGE
If you open the packaging carelessly with a sharp knife or other pointed objects, the appliance may be damaged.
Open very carefully.

1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2. Remove the packaging material and any labels on the product that are used for protection during transportati-
on or advertising.
3. Check that the delivery is complete.
4. Check whether there is any apparent damage to the appliance or its accessories. If this is the case, do not use the
appliance. Contact the service address given in the Customer Service section.
5. Fully charge the battery before using it for the first time.
Setting up the storage station with charging function
1. Insert the narrow part of the charging station into the base plate (see Fig. A).
2. The socket for the charger is located on the back.
Attaching and removing the suction pipe / brushes /a ccessories
To assemble the 2-piece suction pipe, press and hold the black button on the back of the aluminium pipe and insert

the aluminium pipe into the plastic pipe until you hear it click into place (see Fig. C).
Push the suction pipe onto the opening on the hand-held appliance until it clicks into place. To remove, press the
„
release button and pull the suction pipe from the hand-held appliance.
You can either connect the various attachments directly to the hand-held appliance or extend the range using the
„
suction tube. Attach the respective attachment. To remove, press the release button and remove the attachment
(see Fig. D).
