Replacing the hard drive
– Lift the front part of the hard drive slightly while pulling out. Then
disconnect the flat cable from the contact on the hard drive.
– Connect the flat cable to the new hard drive. See below which pin is Pin1 and
compare with the marker Pin1> on the contact. Fold the flat cable and insert
the hard drive. Lift the front part of the hard drive in order to fit the heels on
the assembly plate into the holes more easily.
