TRY THESE SOLUTIONS FIRST
If you experience problems with the speaker:
• Power the speaker off and then on again (see page 19).
• Check the status lights (see page 25).
• Make sure your device supports Bluetooth connections (see page 12).
• Charge the speaker (see page 22).
• Increase the volume on the speaker, your device, and the music app.
• Move your device closer to the speaker (30 ft or 9 m) and away from any
interference or obstruction.
• Try connecting another device (see page 12).
• Press and hold the Power button I for 15 seconds to reset the speaker (see
page 41)

SOLUTION
Battery may be in protection mode or discharged. Connect the
speaker to a power supply (see page 22).
Battery may need to be serviced. Contact Bose customer service
(see page 37).
Clear the speaker device list (see page 16). Delete the speaker
from the Bluetooth list on your device. Connect again (see
page 12).

Vary the speed of presses.
