5.1.3 Measurement menu: Auto zero at boot
The device performs a setting to zero after powering on the device.

AC mode selection

In this menu option, you can select how the AC magnetic flux measurement is performed.
By selecting "Manual," the device always measures AC magnetic flux and the screen
consistently displays "AC."
By selecting "Automatic," the device automatically detects the type of magnetic flux that the
probe is measuring and displays it on the screen. The screen will show the type of magnetic
flux: polarity north (N), polarity south (S) or AC magnetic flux (AC).
