Care
Before cleaning the E-Beefer pro and its loose parts, make sure
that the E-Beefer Pro is switched off and cooled down.
WARNING!
gastronorm tray can ignite after a long period of time in the
E-Beefer Pro. Hot fat can cause skin burns. Clean gastronorm
tray regularly and do not spill hot grease. Make sure that
the hot fat does not come into contact with water. Take the
gastronorm tray out of the E-Beefer Pro only when tray and fat
are cooled down.
The easiest way to clean the E-Beefer Pro after each use is in a
warm (not hot!) condition, preferably with Beefer Cleaner* for
stubborn encrustations. The Beefer Cleaner is available at our
Beefer Shop or at specialized retailers.
• The two sheets carrying the grate on the right and left can
be simply lifted inwards out of their holder without tools
and then pulled forwards out of the cooking chamber.
• Grate, gastronorm tray and all other loose parts can be
easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
* Beefer cleaners are not available for all countries.
