CARE, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Transport
You need to consider the following points if you
want to transport your E-Beefer Pro:
•
Make sure that the E-Beefer Pro is switched off and cooled down.
•
Remove all loose parts such as grate and gastronorm tray from the
E-Beefer Pro.
•
Make sure that the accessories are well secured and not damaged.
•
Transport the E-Beefer Pro only in its original packaging, in the special
Beefer wooden box or the Beefer Carry-bag.
•
To set up the E-Beefer Pro again, please refer to Chapter 5 Installation.
Storage
The following applies to storage:
•
For storage, also note all the above points on transport.
•
Store your E-Beefer Pro in a dry place, do not expose it to rain and
remember that the bottom of the E-Beefer Pro can have fat deposits after
frequent use which can cause stains when set down on e.g. wood or
carpets. Cover the E-Beefer Pro well.
TIPP:
Note that your E-Beefer Pro needs a large number of air in- and
outtakes to work properly. Please make sure that all of them are always
free from insects, foreign bodies and dirt. Check the E-Beefer Pro carefully
if you have not used it for a long time. Please pay attention to all cleaning
instructions and the videos for cleaning so that your E-Beefer Pro has 100 %
power.
