3 SAFETY
Avoid risk of burning
Parts of the device become very hot during operation. Especially at the
electric burner plate, in the interior and in the areas around the front
opening, temperatures arise which can cause severe burns if touched
or which can cause fires or damage if they come into contact with
substances or objects.
•
Do not move the device during operation.
•
Before doing any work on the E-Beefer Pro wait until the device has
cooled down.
•
Make sure that the grate handle does not remain attached to the
grate while the grate is in the E-Beefer Pro. The grate handle can
heat up extremely and cause severe burns.
•
During use, hot fat can accumulate in the gastronorm tray. Hot
fat can cause severe burns. To avoid burns, only remove the
gastronorm tray when tray and fat have cooled down.
•
Do not bring hot fat into contact with water or other liquids. The
water evaporates explosively. One liter of water corresponds to
approx. 1700 liters of hot water vapor. Risk of burns!
