3 SAFETY
The appliance should be supplied through a residual
current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating
current not exceeding 30 mA.
The supply cord should be regularly examined for
signs of damage and the appliance is not to be used
if the cord is damaged.
Avoid fire and explosion hazards
The E-Beefer Pro can cause a fire or explosion.
•
Use the E-Beefer Pro in a dry place on a sufficiently large
surface and always ensure adequate ventilation.
•
Make sure that the E-Beefer Pro stands on a level and non-slip
surface and is not moved during use.
•
Make sure that there are no flammable or heat-sensitive
substances or objects around of the E-Beefer Pro.
•
Make sure that the fan for cooling the device is not blocked,
otherwise the outer surface will become very hot and the
electrical burner plate will be damaged.
•
Fat can self-ignite from a temperature of approx. 230°C.
In order to avoid such a „fat fire", the gastronorm tray must be
emptied on a regularly basis during use. To avoid burns, only
remove the gastronorm tray when tray and fat have cooled down.
