COMMISSIONING AND PREPARATION
All safety instructions in the previous Chapter 5 Installation and Chapter 6
Connecting to the Power Supply must be observed before commissioning the
device.
1.
Remove the grate from the E-Beefer Pro so that the meat is later placed on
a cold grate.
2.
Make sure that the supplied gastronorm tray is always at the bottom of
the E-Beefer Pro to catch dripping meat juices.
3.
Insert the power plug into the socket, turn on the power switch and turn
the temperature control knob to the desired position.
4.
The E-Beefer Pro has a variable temperature setting from 300°C in the
small position to over 800°C in the maximum output position „MAX". The
desired temperature can be set by turning the adjusting knob. A signal
tone
is reached, a signal tone
again, no further signal tone will sound.
5.
If the maximum output „MAX" is selected, the device needs
approx. 5 minutes until it is heated.
WARNING!
Risk of burns! Keep a distance from the electric
high-performance burner during operation.
