Working instructions
General Information
• Because of the clutch, the screw
bit only turns when it exerts pres-
sure on the screw.
• First press the screw bit onto the
screw head before switching on
the device.
• The locking button is designed for
operation with magazine attach-
ment (available as accessory).
Screwing in screws with the depth
stop
• Start with a shallow screw depth.
Increase the screw depth gradually
until you reach the desired screw
depth.
• It is not possible to unscrew
screws with a depth stop.
Inserting and removing screws
without depth stop
• Pull off the stop sleeve (2).
• Work carefully when screwing in
and unscrewing the screws. There
is no torque limit.
Inserting and removing the
battery
WARNING! Risk of injury due to
unintentional start-up. Only insert
the battery into the device once the
device is fully prepared for use.
NOTICE! Risk of damage! An incor-
rect battery can damage the device
and battery.

Inserting the battery
1. Push the battery (11) along the
guide into the battery holder (8).
You will hear the battery click into
place.
Removing the battery
1. Press and hold the battery release
(12) on the battery (11).
2. Pull the battery out of the battery
holder (8).
Switching on and off
Switching on
1. Select the direction of rotation with
the rotation direction switch (4).
2. Press and hold the On/off switch
(6).
The LED work light (13) illuminates.
3. Lock the On/off switch (6): Press
the lock button (5) when the On/
off switch is pressed all the way
down.
Switching off
1. On/Off switch locked: Press the
On/off switch (6).
2. To turn it off, release the on/off
switch (6).
3. Wait until the power tool has
stopped before placing it down.
4. During work breaks: Set the ro-
tation direction switch (4) to the
centre. This precaution prevents
the power tool from starting unin-
tentionally.
5. Remove the rechargeable bat-
tery (11) from the device if you are
leaving the device unattended or if
you have finished working.

Notes
• Turn off the device.
• Make sure that all moving parts
have come to a complete stop.
