Information on the
batteries
• Switch off the device and remove
the battery from the device before
carrying out any work.
• The rechargeable battery only
reaches its full capacity once it has
been charged several times.
• Charge the battery before using it
for the first time.
Checking the battery

1. Press the button (2) next to the
charge level indicator button (3) on
the battery (4).
The LEDs of the charge level indic-
ator show how much charge re-
mains in the battery.
2. Charge the battery (4) when only the
red LED on the charge level indicat-

Inserting the battery
1. Push the battery (4) along the guide
into the battery holder.
You will hear the battery click into
place.
Removing the battery
1. Press and hold the battery release
(1) on the battery (4).
2. Pull the battery out of the battery
holder.

Meaning of the control indicators (7) on
the charger:

Red LED flashes: Battery charging
•
Yellow LED flashes: Battery < 80%
charged

Green LED flashes: Battery ≥ 80%
charged
