16. Do not place the fan below the power outlet that will suck the USB line
inside to cause damage.
17.When the fan is oscillating, do not touch the fan manually to avoid
damage.
18. Be sure to turn off the power supply before unplugging the USB line and
adapter from the power outlet to avoid a short circuit, fire, or electric
shock.
19. Do not twist or pull the USB line out.
