10. Do not use the chain hoist to lift people.
11. The load must be held firmly in the hook. Do not
attempt to lift the load with the tip of the load hook.
12. Pull the hand chain smoothly to avoid sudden jolts
or tangles.
13. If the chain is blocked or cannot be pulled any fur-
ther, please stop. Check and fix the problem. Do
not force the chain hoist. Do not leave the load
hanging in the air.
14. Do not lower the load beyond the usable length of
the chain. If the chain is pulled too tight between
the chain wheel and the end of the load, damage
can be caused.
15. Do not allow the load to come into contact with
the chain hoist, otherwise the free rotation will be
blocked and can cause damage, knotted chain or
a blocked wheel.
16. Regularly perform checks and maintenance. Any
damaged or faulty parts must be replaced by a
specialist.
17. The chain hoist function under both "load" and "no
load" must be checked sufficiently thoroughly be-
fore operation.
18. Ensure that the load weight is less than the nom-
inal weight of the chain hoist. When in doubt,
please do not use the chain hoist.
19. Never overload the chain hoist.
20. Safety procedures, checks and lubrication should
be carried out before and during operation. Oper-
ate the chain hoist only if it is in proper condition.
21. Always ensure that the chains are vertically
straight and free of knots.
22. Never pull the hand chain and the load chain at
an angle.
23. Do not use the chain hoist in explosive environ-
ments or damp rooms.
24. Regularly check the load chain (1), hand chain (2),
fastening hook (3), load hook (4), load pin (5), drive
wheel (6) and snap lock (7) for defects; especially
after a long period of inactivity.
25. Set the hand chain (2) so that the hand chain de-
flection point (2) is between 500-1000 mm above
the ground.
26. Pay attention to any defects that occur during use.
If any irregularities are noticed during use, stop us-
ing the chain hoist immediately.
27. The ambient temperature for operation must be
between -10°C and +50°C.
