15. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to work
properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault Cause
E1 Coil sensor error
E2 Humidity sensor error
E3 Temperature sensor error
Fault
Building dryer is not working.
Poor dehumidification
performance.
Strong noise development.
Water runs out of the
appliance.
Solution
The coil sensor must be replaced. Contact our service team to do
this.
The humidity sensor must be replaced. Contact our service team to
do this.
The temperature sensor must be replaced. Contact our service
team to do this.
Possible cause
• The device has no power.
• The mains plug is not plugged in
correctly.
• The error code FU is shown on the
display.
• The air inlets are covered.
• The room is not closed.
• Low humidity and ambient
temperature.
• The device has not been positioned on
a flat surface.
• The air outlets are covered.
• The water collection bucket is leaking.

Remedy
• Connect the power supply.
• Insert the mains plug correctly.
• Empty the water collection bucket.
• Clear the air inlets.
• Please close all doors and windows.
• The lower the ambient temperature,
the lower the dehumidification
performance.
• Position the device on a level surface.
• Clear the air outlets.
• Check the water collection bucket.
• Replace the water collection bucket.
