Cleaning the rotating brush
To make it easier to clean, the rotating
brush (6) can be removed:
1. Turn the latch (7) towards the
symbol to release the rotating brush.
2. Pull out the rotating brush (Picture H)
and remove any dirt.
3. If necessary, use the cleaning brush to
clean the recess for the rotating brush.
4. Push the rotating brush straight back
into the device, then turn the latch
towards the
rotating brush.
Storage
Store the device in a cool, dry place which is
protected from direct sunlight and is out of
the reach of children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device generates no suction.

The mains plug is not inserted correctly
in the plug socket.

The device is not switched on.
Low suction force.

The dust container is too full.
►
The filters are dirty.
►
The suction opening is blocked.
►
The dust container inlet (bottom of the
dust container) is blocked.

The UV-C lamp does not light up.
► The bottom of the device is too far
from the surface to be cleaned.
► The UV-C lamp is broken.
The UV-C lamp lights up permanently.
► The cover of the UV-C lamp / sensor is
dirty.
The rotating brush does not turn.

The rotating brush is not inserted cor-
rectly in the device.
►
The rotating brush is blocked.
Unusual odour
►
The device is being used for the first
time. A new odour is normal when the
device is used for the first time; it disap-
pears after a while.
