the highest and lowest temperatures are
displayed to return to the current tem-
perature and delete the saved data� Press
and hold the 'SET' button (16) for approx�
three seconds and press the 'SET' button
(16) again to open the unit of temperature
setting�
STPWATCH: stopwatch�
• Press the 'SET' button (16) to start the
stopwatch� Press the 'SET' button (16) to
stop the stopwatch� Press and hold the 'SET'
button (16) for approx� three seconds to set
the stopwatch to 0�
CAL RATE: current calorie consumption�
CALORIE: calorie counter�
