We provide a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
Our product was manufactured in line with the latest production methods and
subjected to careful quality control. We guarantee that this product is in flawless
condition.
Within the guarantee period, we will repair any material or production defects
free of charge. If, against all expectations, you should find any defects, please
contact our points of sale.
So as to make the process convenient, easy and quick for you, please prepare the
following information and documents:
a) Name/address/tel. no.
b) Receipt
c) Details of the appliance (brand, model)
d) Description of the defect
Damage caused by improper handling as well as wear parts and consumables are
excluded from the guarantee.
The guarantee claim will lapse in the event of interference by the purchaser or
third parties. Damage caused by improper handling or use, incorrect positioning
or storing, improper connection or installation, and also by force majeure or other
external influences is not covered by this guarantee. We recommend that you
read the operating instructions carefully as they contain important information.
