IMPOrtANt SAFetY INStrUCtIONS
• Always keep the appliance in a vertical position with the suction opening
facing downwards when vacuuming up liquids. Never place the appliance in
any other position and take care that the motor does not come into contact with
liquids.
• After washing the container and/or filter, wait until these parts are completely
dry before reassembling them. Do not assemble any damp or wet parts.
• Make sure that the air vents are not blocked.
• Empty the container after every use.
• Do not wrap the power cable around the appliance.
• Never attempt to open the container when the appliance is in operation, as this
is dangerous.
• Only charge the appliance in the charging station intended for this purpose. Do
not use any other power units or battery chargers, as this may be dangerous.
• Removable mains adapter. To be used with SEU006A-080020 power
unit only.
WArNINg: Only use the removable mains adapter supplied with this appliance
to charge the battery.
• Do not short-circuit the battery.
• Avoid contact of battery liquid with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Never
remove battery liquid with bare hands. Always wear protective gloves. If you
come into contact with battery liquid, rinse off the affected areas immediately
with plenty of clean water and seek medical assistance.
• Do not use the charger for any other purposes or devices.
• Do not short-circuit the contacts of the battery charger.
• Do not place the appliance near heat sources and do not throw it into the
fire – risk of explosion.
• Do not use the batteries included in the appliance for any other purposes or
devices.
• Do not attempt to replace the internal batteries. Do not disassemble the
appliance.
• If the batteries need to be replaced, contact an authorised service centre to
replace the batteries.
• The non-functional batteries included in the appliance must be disposed of as
hazardous waste, in accordance with applicable regulations, at the authorised
collection points for hazardous waste or at your local authority.
• WArNINg: The battery pack contains Ni-MH batteries.
