Rinse the oil container with lid () and the oil container cap () with warm water and
a little washing-up liquid.
Rinse with clean water and leave all parts to dry completely.
Carefully close the oil container with the lid () by pressing the edges of the lid down
firmly at the sides.
Also close the oil container cap ().
Place the oil container () back in the appliance and set the dial to LOCK.
Odour and grease vapour filter (/)
Remove the filter cover () from the filter compartment in the appliance lid () (see Fig.
K).
Clean the odour and grease vapour filter (/) in warm water with washing-up
liquid every three months or after every twelfth use of the fryer. Leave the filter to dry
completely.
Place the filter cover () on the filter compartment and press the filter cover () on until it
audibly clicks into place.
The frying tank (), frying basket (), appliance lid () and the oil container
with lid () are dishwasher safe. Remove the odour and grease vapour filter
(/) before putting the appliance lid () into the dishwasher.

The product left our warehouse in perfect condition. If you do, however, discover a
problem, see if you can solve it by using the solutions offered in the following table. If you
do not succeed, contact our customer service team.
