Inbetriebnahme
4.3 Hinweise zum Wechseln des
Temperaturfühlers
Die Regelstation überwacht den Heizzustand des
Lötbades. Werden die Heizelemente im Lötbad
angesteuert, so muß die Temperatur innerhalb
einer Überwachungszeit ansteigen. Erkennt die
Regelstation nach der Überwachungszeit, dass
sich das Lötbad nicht erwärmt, wird der Heizbe-
trieb mit der Fehlermeldung „Err5" abgeschaltet.
Wird der Temperaturfühler erstmalig eingebaut
oder gewechselt, muss darauf geachtet werden,
dass der Fühler über das Lötbadgehäuse mit
erwärmt wird, damit die Fehlermeldung unter-
drückt wird.
Die Überwachung der Heizung kann für die
Inbetriebnahme
oder
Temperaturfühlers auch über Programm 5 unter-
drückt werden. (siehe 5.1 Programme)

4.3 Notes on changing the temperature
The control station monitors the heating condition
of the solder bath. While the heating elements
in the solder bath are being energized, the tem-
perature must increase within a certain monitor-
ing period. If the control station ascertains after
a monitoring period that the solder bath is not
being heated, then the heater is switched off and
the error message "Err5" is displayed.
When installing the temperature sensor for the
first time or replacing it, make sure that the
sensor is also heated through the solder bath
housing, so as to suppress the error message.
