CONTROLLO DEGLI
FISSAGGIO DEI COLTELLI
Controllarli regolarmente! (soprattutto la
coppia di serraggio dei dadi: 70 Nm ).
Controllo immediato dopo aver urtato un
ostacolo, Controllo al momento della
sostituzione dei coltelli. Per evitare squilibri,
su ogni disco montare sempre due coltelli
MARANGON nuovi.
Per sostituire le lame di taglio usurate o
danneggiate, è necessario intervenire sui
dadi di fissaggio presenti sul lato superiore
dei dischi di taglio (fig. 1); quindi togliere la
vecchia lama e sostituitela con una nuova.
Fare attenzione che la parte tagliente sia
rivolta verso il basso.

Controllo ad ogni inizio di stagione.

1)Le viti di fissaggio devono essere
sostituite:
• quando si osserva una deformazione
visibile (fig. 1 A);
• quando l'usura della testa raggiunge la
circonferenza di appoggio dei coltello
(fig. 1 B.;
• quando il diametro (D) dei corpo della
vite (fig. 2 A) è inferiore a 18 mm.
2)I dadi devono essere sostituiti:
• quando la parte autofrenante dei dado è
usurata o inefficiente (fig. 2B).

FIXING SET
Check them regularly ! (Above all the
closing moment of the nuts : 70
Check immediately after knocking an
obstacle and check when you have to
replace the cutting blades. To avoid
unbalances , put up always two new
MARANGON cutting blades on each disk.
In order to replace worn-out or damaged
cutting blades, the lock nuts on the top of
the cutting disks (Fig. 1) must be
unscrewed before the old blade can be
replaced with a new one. Make sure that
the cutting
downwards.
Check the fixing set at the beginning of
each season
1) The fixing screws have to be replaced :
• when you see a clear deformation
(Picture 1A) ;
• when the head-wear reaches the bearing
circumference of the cutting blades
(Picture 1B) ;
• when the diameter (D) of the screw -
body (Picture 2A) is less than 18 mm
2)The nuts have to be replaced :
• when the self -locking part of the nut is
worn or inefficient (Picture 2B)

MARANGON Messer auf jede Scheibe.
Um die verschleißten oder beschädigten
Schneidemesser zu wechseln, müssen die
Klemmuttern, die an der oberen Seite der
Schneidescheiben liegen, betätigt werden
(Abb. 1); dann
herausnehmen und mit einem neuen
ersetzen. Beachten, daß der schneidende
Teil nach unten gerichtet ist.
Kontrolle am Anfang der Saison.
1)Die Fixierungsscheiben
ersetzen :
• Wann Sie eine klare Deformation sehen
(Abb. 1 A)
• Wann die
Stütz-Kreislinie des Messers erreicht
(Abb. 1 B)
• Wann der Durchmesser
Schraubenk`rpers
niedriger als 18 mm
2) Die Mutter sind zu ersetzen :
• Wann das selbstsichernde Teil der
Mutter verschlissen oder unbrauchbar ist
