REGOLAZIONE DELL'ALBERO
TRASMISISONE A CARDANI
Accoppiare l'albero di trasmissione a
cardani da una parte all'albero di comando
della macchina e dall'altra alla presa di
forza del trattore.
Assicurassi che la lunghezza dell'albero di
trasmissione a cardani sia giusta:
In allungamento massimo la ricopertura dei
tubi deve esserci per 250 mm minimo.
In ricopertura massima
trasmissione a cardani compresso), i tubi
non devono mai puntare contro i giunti. Una
corsa di sicurezza di 1 cm minimo deve
esserci. Se necessario, accorciate le
protezioni ed i tubi della medesima
lunghezza ,cianfrinare e pulire i tubi e
spalmare di grasso l'interno del tubo
esterno .
Non far lavorare l'albero di trasmissione a
cardani spesso con una angolazione
troppo accentuata mass 20° .
PRECAUZIONI DEGLI
TRASMISISONE A CARDANI
E tassativo effettuare questi controlli e
regole di base, pena
deterioramento prematuro dell'albero di
trasmissione a cardani.
Al fine di evitare degli incidenti che
potrebbero rivelarsi
attentamente a che le protezioni dell'albero
di trasmissione a cardani siano sempre
bene al loro posto ed immobilizzate nella
rotazione per mezzo delle catenelle in
dotazione per questo. Fissare sempre le
catenelle del cardano su entrambi il lati.
Sostituire immediatamente le protezioni
che sono state danneggiate.
Fare molta attenzione al secondo albero di
trasmissione a cardani , non può essere
invertito perché i tubi andrebbero a puntare
contro i giunti in chiusura, ciò causerebbe
danni alle scatole di trasmissione.

In the max. lengthening there must be a
re-covering of the tubes for 250 mm at
least.

tubes of the same length , re-strike the nails
of the joint , clean the tubes and grease the

cardan transmission shaft and to follow

EINSTELLUNG DER GELENKWELLE
Kuppeln Sie eine Seite der Gelenkwelle mit
der Steuerungswelle der Maschine und die
andere Seite mit der Zapfwelle des
Schleppers.
Versichern Sie sich , daß die Länge der
Gelenkwelle richtig ist
Bei der max. Verlängerung soll die
gberdeckung der Röhren mindestens fhr
250 mm bestehen.
Bei der max. gberdeckung (mit gedruckter
Gelenkwelle) haben die
der Kupplung nie zu richten. Es muß
einen Sicherheitshub von
1 cm geben. Wenn
Sie die Schutzen und
der selben Länge , schlagen Sie die
Nageln der Kupplung
reinigen Sie die Röhren und schmieren
Sie das Innere des Außenrohres.
Lassen Sie die Gelenkwelle nicht mit einem
zu markanten Einschlagen arbeiten (max.
20° )
VORSICHTSMAßNAHMEN
GELENKWELLE
Es ist ausdrücklich , diese Kontrolle zu
machen und einige Grundregeln zu folgen :
Sonst gibt es das Risiko , daß die
Gelenkwelle bald beschädigt wird.
Um schwere Unfälle zu vermeiden, passen
Sie aufmerksam auf, daß die Schutzen der
Gelenkwelle immer in Ihrem richtigen Platz
sind (unbeweglich in der Drehung durch die
Kettchen, die zur Verfügung sind ).
Fixieren Sie immer die Kettchen der
Gelenkwelle auf beide Seiten Ersetzen Sie
die beschädigten Schutzen sofort.
Geben Sie auf die zweite Gelenkwelle
besonders acht : sie ist nicht umzukehren ,
da die Rühren auf die Schlusskupplungen
richten würden . Das
Antriebkasten beschädigen.
