SELECTING WAVEBAND
* Select the desired waveband:
- FM1
- FM2
- FM3
- MW1
- MW2
- LW
FM1, FM2 and FM3 cover the same frequencies. The same is
true for MW1 and MW2.
TUNING TO A STATION
Tune to a radio station using: search tuning, manual tuning or
by recalling a preset station.
SEARCH TUNING
LOCAL SEARCH ON FM
* Switch the LOCAL mode:
- On to first search for strong stations and then weak
stations, or
- Off to search for all stations.
FREQUENCY SCAN
* Switch the scan:
- On to hear each station on the current waveband in turn
for about 10 seconds, or
- Off to listen to a station normally when you hear
a Station you like.
MANUAL TUNING
Station.
* Tune to the desired frequency.
