Repeat the same operation to insert the other mixer paddle.
Replacing the mixer.
RUBIMlX-9 BL
- Using the 22 mm spanner, unscrew the mixer paddle by
turning to the left.
If the mixer paddle has got stuck, use a 19 mm auxiliary
spanner on the flat part of the nut.
RUBIMlX-9 BL DUPLEX
- Using the 28 mm spanner, unscrew the case,turning to the
left.
Ifthe case gets stuck, use the 22 mm auxiliary spanner on the
flat part of the nut.
Repeat the same operation to replace the other mixer
paddle.
Recommendations.
The mixer should keep turning for awhile after the machine
has been turned off.
If the gyratory paddle touches a surface it could cause it to
rebound.
- Start the machine by pressing the on/off switch lightly to
achieve maximum speed only after the mixer paddle has
been introduced into the mixture.
The mixer must be selected according to the product to be
stirred.
• If the product to be stirred has a low viscosity, the left
propeller mixer should be used.
• If the product to be stirred hasa high viscosity the right
propeller mixer should be used.
• When stirring move the device up and down.
F. MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance.
Correct maintenance of the machine wil prolong its useful
life.
The lever switch should always be eft in the proper function
and in correct condition.
The mixing tools must be cleaned after use or when they
havenot been usedfor a long time.
Cleaning is usually effective by using jets of water or quartz
sand.
Do not exert any mechanical pressure on the machine, such
as hard blows, asthis could damageit.
The mixer axis must always be clean.
The respirator of the motor protective case must never be
covered when the machine
The respirator should be cleanedfrequently.
- Under no circumstances should
the machine.
Original spare parts on ly should be usedfor the machine.
The condition Ofthe brush should be checked frequently.
• When the machine has been operating for 60 hours,
changethe brush if it isworn out.
• Turn off the machine and take off the motor protection
casing. (fig.14)
• Take off the plate and changethe brush. (fig.15)
Storage
The unit should be stored in a dry place it is protected against
Freezing.
