CLEANING THE CONDENSER
The condenser must be cleaned every 30 days maximum and this involves removing the dust
that collects in the fins.
IMPORTANT - Disconnect the display case from the power mains and follow the instructions
listed in the "General Information" section of this chapter. Cleaning must be done gently without
bending or breaking the fins, using a stiff brush.
IMPORTANT - Do not use fluids to clean the condenser. To access the condenser, remove the
rear grid (Fig. 18), removing the screws that fasten it to the structure.
REPLACING THE LAMP "
ATTENTION
This operation can be performed only
by highly qualified personnel or by
Tecfrigo's technical staff.
Follow the instructions in the "General
information" section, wearing the
required garments as indicated.
Dispose of the light bulb properly at
specialized waste-collection centers
according to local regulations.
To replace the bulb, proceed as follows:
PHASE 1
• Raise the shade at the rear of the display case.
• In the internal part of the upper level of the display case, there are 2 bulbs protected by a
clear semi-cylindrical tube (detail A).
The bulbs are mounted along the entire
length of the internal part of the display
case in order to ensure perfect lighting.
PHASE - 2
• Remove the bulb guarding by pulling it
down. Work carefully in order to avoid
breaking or scratching the guarding.
PHASE - 3
• After you have removed the guarding entirely, turn the bulb in
order to release it and pull it out of its housing.
DISMANTLING
GENERAL INFORMATION
This chapter offers all the technical information required to
dismantle the display case in compliance with the
regulations currently in force.This symbol on the
product or on its packaging indicates that this
product may NOT be treated as household waste.
Instead it shall be handed over to the applicable
collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly
you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the
environment and human health, which could otherwise be
caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product.
