GENERAL INFORMATION
This chapter offers a technical description of the display case and its operation. It supplies all
the information deemed useful for the operator and maintenance personnel so they can gain a
better understanding of correct operation to enable more rapid identification of any faults or
malfunctions (fig.8).
DISPLAY SECTION
The case is the area used to display the products.
It can be divided into two sections:
- the lower part (base shelf)
- the upper part (shelves)
The interior of the base shelf is made of stainless steel panels, which guarantee complete
hygiene and excellent stability at the same time.The shelves consist of a metallic structure that
house the lighting fixture and a glass top for resting product trays.
