ADJUSTMENTS
Self-winding mechanical
movements
Your wrist movements become the key
factor in winding your watch. When
fully wound, it has a power reserve of
65 hours for the Alpine Eagle 41 XPS and
Flying Tourbillon models, 60 hours for the
Alpine Eagle 41, Alpine Eagle Cadence
8HF and Alpine Eagle XL Chrono models,
and 42 hours for the Alpine Eagle 36 and
Alpine Eagle 33 models. If the watch
stops, wind it by hand before wearing it
by turning the crown clockwise around 50
times. This is equivalent to a power reserve
of approximately 35 hours, depending on
the model.

Crown in position 1 –
normal running and manual winding
Your watch runs normally when the crown
is in position 1.
Crown in position 2 –
fast date adjustment
To adjust the date, pull the crown out to
position 2 and turn until the required num-
ber is displayed. Then push the crown
back in to position 1. Since the date
change occurs at midnight, be careful to
distinguish midnight from midday.
Crown in position 3 –
setting the time
To adjust the time, pull the crown out to
position 3 and turn until the required num-
ber is displayed. Then push the crown
back in to position 1. Since the date
change occurs at midnight, be careful to
distinguish midnight from midday.
Nota bene
For models without a date display, the time
is set in position 2.
