Preparing espresso coffee
1. While the appliance is preheating, fill the filter with ground coffee (neither too coarse nor
too fine) using the measuring spoon, then compress it with the tamper part. Fig. 3
2. Clean any coffee residue from the edge of the portafilter with a brush or by hand.
3. Use one of the filters depending on the amount of coffee you want to prepare. For one
coffee, use the single-cup filter, for two coffees, use the double-cup filter.

Milk frothing function

Hot water function
