12.1. General terms and conditions
Ardo medical AG guarantees that its products are free of material and manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the
date of purchase. Defective materials are replaced during the warranty period free of charge, provided that the warranty has not
been voided by improper use or access to the device. To ensure the warranty coverage and flawless function of the device, the
instructions for use must be followed and only Ardo accessories used. The warranty is void if the device has been opened or
manipulated.

Please note that breast shell inserts from traditional Ardo pumpsets are not compatible with the Ardo Melia. The breast
shell inserts from the Ardo Hands-Free pumpset are compatible with the Ardo Melia.
