4. Expressing
1. Place the pump on the breast so that the nipple is positioned in the middle of the funnel. (If necessary, adjust the size of
the funnel using a breast shell insert (e) or a different size of breast shell (a), see also section 9). Pull the bra cup up over
the pump to hold the pump in place on the breast.
2. Hold down the
