Use this control to select microwave power.

Remove all packaging material and inserts from the device. The packaging material is
-
recyclable.
After unpacking and before each use, check the appliance and the connecting cable for
-
damage. The door, including the viewing window and door locks, must not be bent or
damaged so that no microwave radiation can escape. This also applies to the entire housing
and the cooking chamber walls.
If the appliance is damaged, it must not be used until it has been repaired by a specialist.
Do not remove the protective film stuck to the inside of the door, the turntable drive and the
-
grey-brown protective cover near the interior lighting on the right-hand side of the cooking
compartment.
Do not use the device without the rotating ring and glass plate.

Never attempt to operate the appliance with the door open. Microwave radiation could escape.

Never block the appliance door with objects and make sure that the door seal is not damaged
-
or contaminated with food residue.
If the door seal is damaged, the appliance must not be operated.

Basic information about cooking with microwaves
Carefully distribute the food on the microwave-safe dish you are using, making sure that the
-
thickest, largest pieces are on the outside.
Check the cooking time carefully. First set the timer to the shortest cooking time indicated and
-
extend the time if necessary. Food cooked for too long will produce smoke or even pose a fire
hazard.
Cover the food during preparation. Covers prevent the contents from splashing out and ensure
-
that the food is cooked evenly.
Before cooking, pierce the skin of potatoes, apples, whole soft fruits, chestnuts and vegetables.

Time controller:
Turn the timer to set the cooking time (from
1 – max. 30 min.).
