Otherwise, malfunctions (magnetron) could occur.
If malfunctions occur, you should first check the following points.
Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged in. If not, unplug the power cord, wait
about 10 seconds and plug it back in.
Check the fuse in your fuse box.
Check that the appliance door is properly closed and locked and remove any blocking
residues between the appliance door and the housing.
If the interior lighting is defective, take the device to a specialist workshop to have the
bulb replaced.
If repairs are necessary due to damage or malfunctions, contact an authorized specialist
workshop. The rear cover of the device and other parts may only be removed by a service
technician. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
To ensure a long appliance life cycle, it is necessary to keep the appliance clean. Therefore,
clean the appliance regularly and remove any food residue from the cooking chamber after
each use. If the appliance is not kept clean, serious damage can occur, which can significantly
reduce the appliance's lifespan and possibly even lead to dangerous situations.
Before cleaning, switch off the device, allow it to cool down sufficiently and unplug it.
The device, the power cable and the power plug must never be immersed in water
or other liquids. No water must penetrate the ventilation openings inside or outside
the device - RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning.
Clean the cooking compartment after each use. The inside of the door and the door frame
must always be kept clean. If they are dirty, microwave radiation could escape.
The turntable, the rotating ring and the running surface under the glass turntable must
always be clean.
To clean the entire device, use a slightly damp, soft cloth with a little washing-up liquid.
Then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Unpleasant smells in the device can be removed by heating a cup of lemon juice for about
5 minutes. Wipe the released steam dry with a soft cloth.
Do not use any harsh, aggressive, caustic, alcohol- or petrol-based, or highly flammable
cleaning agents for cleaning and avoid very hot water.
Do not use oven cleaning sprays.
