1.23 Montage der Doppelrutsche (2x Modularrutsche) Assembling of the Double Slide (2x Modular Slide)
Schritt 1 (Abb. 1+2): Bauen Sie zunächst die Rahmen für die beiden Mo-
dularrutschen entsprechend der Abbildungen und beachten Sie hierbei die
richtigen Rohrlängen. In Abb. 2 Wird gezeigt wo die senkrechten Rohre ein-
gebaut werden.
Schritt 2 (Abb. 3+4): Nun Wird der zweite Rahmen für die Modularrutsche
gebaut und mit den zuvor eingesetzten senkrechten Rohren verbunden. In
diesem Schritt Wird auch der Auslauf eingesetzt.
Schritt 3 (Abb.5): Verbinden Sie nun den Rahmen für die Doppelrutsche mit
dem Modell. Der Auslauf Wird erst mit dem Einsetzen der Modularrutsche,
wie dargestellt, seitlich verschraubt.
Schritt 4 (Abb. 6): Setzen Sie die zweite oben liegende Modularrutsche ein
und verschrauben Sie diese mit Hilfe der Plattenschraube (Art. 00620), der
Rutschenschraube konisch (Art. 00630) sowie Rutschenverbinder Gegen-
stücke (Art. 00625).
Schritt 5 (Abb. 7): Verschrauben Sie jetzt die QUADROPlatte im oberen Be-
reich des Modells. In diesem Ietzten Schritt Wird auch die lange Rutschen-
schraube (Art. 00623) fixiert um den Auslauf mit der Modular- und die Modu-
lar- mit der zweiten Modularrutsche vollständig zu verbinden.

Step 1 (Illustration 1+2): First of all assemble the frame for the two Modular
Slides and consider the correct length of the tubes. It is shown in illustration
2 where
the vertical
tubes
are installed.
Step 2 (Illustration 3+4): Now assemble the second frame for the Modular
Slide and connect
it with
the vertical
Step 3 (Illustration 5): Insert the QUADRORunout and connect the frame for
the Double Slide with the model. The Runout will be screwed sideways with
the Modular
Slide.
Step 4 (Illustration 6): Implement the second Modular Slide according to the
illustration and screw it with the Panel Screw (Art. 00620), Slide Screw Co-
nicai (Art. 00630) and Counterpiece (Art. 00625).
Step 5 (Illustration 7): Now screw the QUADROpanel in the upper part of the
model in the correct position according to the illustration. In this last step
you also implement the Slide Screw (Art. 00623) in order to permanently
connect
