Fig. 4 In case of repair, disassemble the drive
unit by holding the magnetic rotor (1) tight and
turning the drive shaft (2) and the bearing disc
(3) anti-clockwise through the resistance of the
snap-in point, at the same time sliding the
brake shoes (4) out of the side of the housing
and removing them by hand.

Only Turbelle
pumps with an electronic drive
have an O ring seal (6) in the drive unit 6100.70
(5). For disassembly use a small screwdriver to
remove the O ring seal from the shaft.
As and when necessary, draw off the bearing
ring (3) from the housing of the drive shaft (2)
with your finger nail.
Vue 4 Si nécessaire, démontez la partie mobile.
Pour cela, maintenez le magnéto-rotor (1) puis
ournez l'ensemble arbre d'entraînement (2) et
palier (3) dans le sens anti-horaire au-delà de
son point de résistance : les mâchoires de
freinage (4) se présentent hors de leur logement
et peuvent en être extraites avec les doigts.
Les pompes à commande électronique
possèdent un entraînement 6100.70 (5) avec
joint torique interne (6). Pour son extraction,
retirez le joint (6) de son axe à l'aide d'un petit
tournevis.
Si nécessaire, détachez le palier (3) de
l'ensemble arbre d'entraînement (2) à l'aide de
l'ongle.
