Lappen Seifenreste und Verschmutzungen

Wellenschutzhülse (524) mit
Gleitringdichtung über Motorwelle schieben

Abstandring (504) aufschieben und damit
die Gleitringdichtung vorspannen

Runddichtring (412) und Scheibe (550)
aufschieben

Paßfeder (940) in Nut einlegen

Laufrad (230) auf die Motorwelle schieben

Laufradsicherung (930) aufbringen
-
Zwei Tropfen LOCTITE 241 bzw. 243 auf
das Gewinde M10 der Laufradmutter (922)
geben

Laufradmutter (922) aufschrauben und mit
einem Anzugsmoment von 7 Nm anziehen

Motoreinheit an Gehäuse (101) mit

5. Aufstellung / Einbau und 6. Inbetriebnahme
beschrieben. Sicherheitshinweise beachten.

Slide the impeller (230) onto the
motor shaft
-
Put O-Ring (412.4) into groove
-
Put two drops of LOCTITE 241
respectively 243 onto the thread inside
the impeller nut
-
Screw on the impeller nut (922) and
then tighten with 7 Nm
-
Reassemble the motor unit, screw on
nuts (920.1)

Auxiliary means: soap suds, soft, not
fluffing duster, home spirit

Use soap suds when sliding on or
pressing in of rubberparts in order to
reduce friction
-
Press in stationary seal ring with
O-Ring or collar into the casing cover
(161) (ensure an equal pressure
distribution which should be applied as
external as possible)
-
Screw the casing cover (161) with nuts
(920.2) onto the motor stool (341)
-
Slide mechanical seal (433) onto the
shaft protecting sleeve (524) (ensure
that there is an equal distribtion of
pressure in order to avoid a tilting of the
sealing)
-
Caution: bezel for reception of the
O-Ring is to show towards the impeller
-
Sealing faces are to be cleaned from
remaining soap and impurities by
means of home spirit and a soft duster
-
Slide shaft protecting sleeve (524)
with mechanical seal (433) onto the
motor shaft
-
Slide spacer ring (504) and thereby
prestress sealing
-
Slide on O-Ring (412) and disc (550)
-
Put key (940) into groove
-
Slide the impeller (230) onto the
motor shaft
-
Put impeller locking device (558) onto
the impeller
-
Put two drops of LOCTITE 241
respectively 243 onto the thread inside
the impeller nut
-
Screw on the impeller nut (922) and
then tighten with 7 Nm
-
Reassemble the motor unit, screw on
nuts (920.1)

Reinstallation is to be executed as described
in point 5. Installation / Mounting and
item 6. Starting up / Shut down. Pay attention
to the safety instructions.
