Angaben zum Einsatzort
4.9.1
Raumbedarf für Betrieb und Wartung
Das Pumpenaggregat ist so zu installieren, daß
ein Austausch von Teilen oder der kompletten
Einheit möglich ist (siehe Punkt 4.5 Abmes-
sungen). Bei schweren Aggregaten sind dem
Gewicht entsprechende Möglichkeiten
vorzusehen, um Hebezeuge und andere
Hilfsmittel sicher einzuhängen oder abzustützen.
Auf entsprechende Wege für den An- und
Abtransport ist zu achten.
4.9.2
Zulässige Umgebungseinflüsse
Es ist darauf zu achten, daß Pumpen und
Pumpenaggregate trocken, frostsicher und
erschütterungsfrei installiert werden. Ist die
Pumpe in einem feuchten Installationsraum
aufgestellt, muß für eine Be– und Entlüftung
gesorgt werden, damit sich kein Kondenswasser
bildet. Bei kleinen Aufstellungsräumen kann die
natürliche Luftabkühlung so gering sein, daß
auch hier eine Be– und Entlüftung erforderlich
ist. Umgebungstemperaturen < 5°C und > 40°C
sind zu vermeiden. Abweichungen auf Anfrage
möglich. Auf die Aufstellungshöhe über dem
Meeresspiegel ist zu achten, da der
Elektromotor mit zunehmender Aufstellunghöhe
weniger belastet werden kann. Die
Leistungswerte des Elektromotors sind bezogen
auf 1000 m NN..
4.9.3
Untergrund, Fundament, Wand
Fundamente müssen so beschaffen sein, daß
die Pumpe bzw. das komplette Aggregat sicher
und spannungsfrei aufgebaut werden kann.
Verspannungen können vorzeitigen Verschleiß
und Schäden an der Pumpe bewirken. Es muß
darauf geachtet werden, daß keine
Schwingungen über das Fundament in die
Pumpe eingeleitet werden.
4.9.4
Versorgungsanschlüsse

Entleerung der Pumpe
Der Stopfen zum Entleeren der Pumpe befindet
sich im Pumpengehäuse.
Wird eine wassergefährdende Flüssigkeit
gefördert, muß darauf geachtet werden, daß sie
nicht in die Kanalisation gelangen kann!

Das Entleeren und Entlüften der Pumpe darf nur
im Stillstand geschehen!
4.9
Details on the installation site
4.9.1
Space requirement for operation and
maintenance
The pump aggregat is to be installed in a way
that renders possible the exchange of
components or the complete unit (see item
4.5 Dimensions). In the case of heavy
aggregates, facilities corresponding to the
weight are to be provided in the order to
hang in or support in a save manner lifting
devices or other auxiliaries.
4.9.2
Admissible environmental conditons
Care has to be taken of the fact that the
pumps and pump aggregats are installed in a
dry, frostproof, vibration free place. If the
pump is installed in a humid space, effective
ventilation and aeration must be provided in
order to prevent condensation. In case of
very small installation places, the natural
cooling on the air may be so insignificant
that, also there, ventilation and aeration is
mandatory. Ambient temperatures below 5°C
and higher than 40°C are to be avoided.
Attention must be payed to the setting up of
the pump over the sea-level, because the
rated power of the electric motor decreases
with more to the sea-level.
The rated power of the electric motor is
indicated for setting up at 1000m above sea-
level.
4.9.3
Underground, fundament, wall
Basements are to be of such a nature that
the pump respectively the complete pump
aggregat can be built up in a safe way and
without stress. It is to be taken attention to
the fact that no vibrations are passed onto
the pump or pump aggregat via the
fundament.
4.9.4
Auxiliary connections

Drainage of the pump
The plug for draining the pump is placed at
the pump casing.
It must be sure, that liquids which pollute
water can't get into the sewage system!
