REGARDING EMC STATEMENT
1. A statement to the effect that this equipment needs to be installed and put into service in accordance with
the information provided in the ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS; and

2. a statement to the effect that wireless communications equipment such as wireless home network devi-
ces, mobile phones, cordless telephones and their base stations, walkie-talkies can affect this equipment
and should be kept distanced away from the equipment. The distance is calculated by the MANUFACTU-
RER from the 800 MHZ to 2,5 GHz column of Table 5 or Table 6 of EN 60601-1-2:2015, as appropriate.
MANUFACTURER´S WARRANTY
The producer warrants Wellion WAVE PLUS blood pressure meter against defects in materials and workmans-
hip for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The warranty is lost if the instrument is misused,
poorly maintained or is tampered with. Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of defective parts
or - at the discretion of the producer - to the replacement of the instrument. The right to rescind the purchase
agreement exists only if the replacement is also found to be defective. Claims other than these will not be
dealt with. The warranty is not valid if the damage results from misuse, maltreatment, tampering, human
error and the use of extreme force. This warranty is valid only if the date, the stamp and the signature of the
dealer are recorded on the warranty card on the date of purchase. The warranty period is not to be extended
by any claim made under this warranty.
