2. Once the desired amount of hot water has been dispensed, turn the steam knob to the OFF
position.
Note: if you are using the coffee machine for the first time or have not used it for a long time, it
is recommended that you rinse the appliance and dispense hot water before using any other
function. This is to ensure that the coffee does not lose its original aroma and flavour.
Cooling function
1. If you wish to prepare coffee after steaming, you must first deactivate the function by
pressing the steam button
2. If the coffee button indicator light

your preference, turn the knob on the milk tank. Fig. 7
4. Slowly turn the steam knob to the ON position so that steam comes out of the steamer.
Note: never turn the steam knob sharply, as the appliance will emit a lot of steam in a short
time, which may increase the risk of scalding.
5. When you have reached the desired result, turn the steam knob to the OFF position.
Note: the steam outlet nozzle should be cleaned with a damp sponge immediately after steam
