* Schwerwiegendes Vorkommnis" bezeichnet ein Vorkommnis, das
direkt oder indirekt eine der nachstehenden Folgen hatte, h tte
haben k nnen oder haben k nnte: a) den Tod eines Patienten,
Anwenders oder einer anderen Person, b) die vor bergehende
oder dauerhafte schwerwiegende Verschlechterung des
Gesundheitszustands eines Patienten, Anwenders oder anderer
Personen, c) eine schwerwiegende Gefahr f r die ffentliche
Gesundheit.

authorized dealer or HASE BIKES for assistance.
Any serious incident* that occurs in connection with
the product must be reported to the manufacturer
and the responsible competent authorities of the
member state in which the user and/or patient
resides.
*A serious incident is any incident that had, could have had, or
could have one of the following consequences, either directly or
indirectly: a) the death of a patient, user, or other person, b) the
serious temporary or permanent deterioration of the health
condition of a patient, user, or other person, c) a serious risk to
public health.
