Fault
The preset torque is decreasing and
the pulse frequency is slightly in-
creasing
The machine does not reach the ex-
pected torque
The machine does not shut off

Low oil level in the pulse unit?
Too soft joint ?
The yield point of the joint's screw

Service instructions
Remedy
Refill oil
Operating area. A bigger machine?
Check the torque adjustment and
the joint's screw quality
Check the dimension of the hose
and coupling, increase air pressure
Adjust counter clockwise until the
shut off is distinct
Adjust according to the instruction
Refill oil
Choose a bigger machine
Check the Trim valve setting,
check the vane motor assembly
Lower free speed by the Trim
valve, Operating area
Check the Trim valve setting.
Choose a bigger machine, see Op-
erating area
Adjust according to the instruc-
tions.
